The complex consists of three joint buildings.

The north-western part of the site is occupied by an 11-storey building of municipal services, the middle part – by a 7-storey parking building, and the south-eastern part – by an 11-storey office building.

The main entrance to the office building is located on the south-eastern façade side overlooking Zavoda Serp I Molot proezd. On the first level of the office building there is a reception desk, the main elevator lobby, and a service elevator with an individual lobby.

Levels 2 to 11 are occupied by offices. The roof is used for service rooms with engineering facilities, such as ventilating, cooling and other essential equipment.

The total area is 73,558 sq.m.

The parking lot accommodates 758 parking spaces.
