SNEGERI Russian Restaurant chain opened (22A Orekhovy Boulevard; 31 Dolgorukovskaya street; 26 Varshavskoye shosse).

2006:

AVIA-PLAZA Business Park opened (10 Aviamotornaya street). 

GOROD Mall with the total area of over 130 thousand sq.m opened (2 Ryazansky Prospect, Bld. 2).

Pilsner Urquell Original Restaurant opened (15/16 Pokrovka street, Bld. 2).

2005:

The Small Cathedral of St. Sergius of Radonezh in the South-East Municipal District of Moscow completed. 

Pilsner Urquell Original Restaurant opened (1 1^st Tverskaya-Yamskaya street).

The first phase of the administrative office complex including the building of the Prefecture of the South-East Municipal District of Moscow – AVIA-PLAZA Business Park completed (10 Aviamotornaya street).

The TEN Group of Companies was chosen by the city tender committee as an investor for constructing a new administrative office complex including the building of the Prefecture of the South-East Municipal District of Moscow.
