“Oblaka” shopping and entertainment centre is a modern building with innovative design. It is a centre for the whole family, where they can easily combine shopping and various leisure activities. “Oblaka” centre is adapted for the blind and visually handicapped persons, the project is unique. Strategies on the blind persons’ orientation in the galleries of shopping centre were developed jointly with All Russia Association of the Blind.
