The project: Renovation of the 126th Micro-District of Ryazansky District, Moscow (the South-East Municipal District).

The project implies demolition of five-storey apartment houses and non-residential buildings located in the Micro-District and development of a modern architectural complex, a multi-functional urban center, on the territory of 5,88 ha along Ryazansky Prospect.

The total area of the buildings is about 440 thousand sq.m, including:
 • the total area of superstructures: over 310 thousand sq.m;  
 • the total area of substructures: over 130 thousand sq.m.
The multi-functional center will comprise:  
 • a 38-storey tower building;  
 • 25-storey apartment houses, including those for people relocated from houses which are subject to demolition.

The 126th Micro-District area is projected to comprise a group of residential and mixed residential buildings.

The multi-functional center is expected to have diversified community infrastructure and facilities:
 • residential areas;  
 • administrative institutions;  
 • social infrastructure facilities;   
 • household service facilities;  
 • commercial and business centers, office premises;  
 • a hotel;  
 • sales outlets.

Besides, the multi-functional center will house:
 • healthcare institutions;  
 • sports premises;  
 • banking institutions;  
 • cafés, bars, restaurants;  
 • a leisure center;  
 • a library;  
 • a beauty shop;  
 • a fitness center;  
 • a cinema center.

The project implies creation of comfortable residential environment for citizens:
 • Two three-level underground parking lots for 5,200 cars with the total area of 130 thousand sq.m, which will fully meet the Micro-District population’s demand for car spaces.
 • Convenient communication with the city main roads.   
 • Elimination of noise caused by the highly traveled road (a mini-park separating the complex from the residential area).
 • A porch roof for recreation with green spaces.
