Within the framework of the project it is decided to demolish 5-storeyed buildings and non-residential premises and erect a multipurpose public complex along Ryazansky avenue.

Area of the section: 5,88 hectare
Total project area: 440 000 sq. m

The multifunctional complex will include:
38-storeyed building;
25-storeyed apartment buildings, including aimed for rehousing from the old dwelling stock;
2 underground parking buildings for 5 200 car spaces.

The following objects will be placed on the territory:
residential areas;
administrative and managerial institutions;
social infrastructure objects;
consumer services structures;
business centres,
office premises;
hotel;
trading enterprises.
