“Oblaka” Centre became a winner of “The best implemented project of 2008 in the field of investments and construction” competition
“Oblaka” shopping and entertaining complex
became a winner of the annual competition “The best implemented project of the
year in the field of investments and construction” in the nomination “Shopping
centres”.
The competition is held since 2000 year.
It is initiated by Complex of the city architecture, constructing, development and
reconstruction, Moscow Investors’ Association, Moscomarchitecture and “Moya
Moskva” magazine.
66 projects were engaged in this
competition.
“Oblaka” was opened in February, 2008. The
complex has received wide recognition among consumers during this period. It is
already honoured with several industrial and federation prizes:
"Ecological Olympus -2008" award in the field of recreational
activity and improvement of near-by territories, the diploma of the participant
of the Rating of shopping complexes of Russia-2008 and the "Golden
brick" in the competition "Commercial Real Estate
Awards 2009".
