On December, 23, a new “Gorod” shopping centre will be open. It is a unique
complex with the “hypermarket of hypermarkets” concept. “Gorod” is located
within the Moscow Belt Highway, in immediate proximity from the center of
Moscow.
The centre is near to the underground stations “Aviamotornaya”, “Rimskaya” and
“Ploshad’ Ilyicha” and railway platforms – “Novaya” of the Kazansky direction
and “Serp i Molot” of the Gorkovsky direction. In attraction zone lives over 3
million persons.
The base project concept consists of a number of international hypermarkets –
“Ashan”, “Leroy Merlin”, “Dekatlon”, “M-Video”. The structure will be added by
more than 250 russian and international retail operators, consumer services
establishment, bank’s branches, service enterprises. For the leisure there will
be 8-screen multiplex cinema, ice skating-rink, popular cafes and restaurants,
food court zone.
The complex provides the 2-level underground parking for 2700 car spaces for
the visitors.
