“The TEN
Group of Companies” took the 16 th place in the same rating in 2009
year. So, the company earned 2 points plus in the rating after the economy
crisis year.
The top-30
list of the largest Russian rentiers consists of the commercial real estate
developers, which got the biggest annual incomes. It’s the 5 th time
Forbes publishes such a rating.
The rating
place of each participant is defined by capable income received by all his
objects in 2009. The incomes of shopping centers’ owners are calculated
on the basis of the spaces, leased to the tenant companies. The spaces, used by
owners, are not considered. Not
only companies with the trade objects were taken into the rating, but also the
ones, which own offices, warehouses, exhibitions and hotels.
This rating is based on the information, given by lessors,
consulting agencies, such web-resources as Arendator.ru and Rent.ru, by
information system "Spark", the Moscow government and regional
authorities.
