“Gorod” Lefortovo Shopping Centre became the prizewinner of the CRE Moscow Awards-2010
On April, 23th,
has passed the 7th annual awarding ceremony of Commercial Real Estate
Moscow Awards-2010. 55 objects took part in the award, 24 of which were
nominated. The event has gathered 700 guests, including top-managers of the
leading commercial real estate companies. The winners in nominations were
announced at the Gala dinner.
“Gorod”
Lefortovo shopping centre was found to be the best large shopping centre of 2010
year and got the honorary prize “Gold brick”.
The complex
was opened on December, 2009. The developer of the project is “The TEN Group of
Companies”. 250 million euro was invested to this project. This is the first
shopping complex within Moscow, where is “one-stop shopping” idea is
implemented.
