We are strongly convinced that beneficence is an indirect indicator of company’s reliability and prospective viability. It has become a tradition for the TEN Group of Companies Association of Real Estate Owners to participate in charity events.

It is beneficence that the TEN GC views as an opportunity to help the young talents and make its contribution to culture, art, and sports development.

• The TEN Group of Companies has patronized construction of the cathedral complex in Okskaya street of Ryazansky District, Moscow which includes the Small Cathedral of St. Sergius of Radonezh, the Clergy House and the Big Cathedral of Presentation of the Holy Virgin in the Temple.
• The Prefecture of the South-East Municipal District of Moscow initiated and supported construction of the Monument to Victims of Undeclared Wars. The TEN Group of Companies participated in the project as a patron.
• The Association participates actively in children and youth sports development: it holds free ice-skating classes, arranges hockey competitions among neighbourhood sports teams. The TEN Group of Companies gives financial support to the Mar`ino District junior hockey team and builds modern sports grounds as a donation to the citizens.
• The TEN Group of Companies provided financial support for the youth Greco-Roman wrestling competition and the youth sports games among the CIS countries, the Baltic states, and Russian regions.
• The Association sponsored the Sholokhov’s Spring in Moscow Festival devoted to the 98th birth anniversary of M.A. Sholokhov, the great Russian writer.
