TEN Group has started the first stage of the reconstruction of the shopping center "Oblaka"

The first stage of the reconstruction of the shopping center includes the redevelopment of the common areas of the second floor, changing the configuration and location of some stores, as well as attracting new tenants. "Eldorado" is the current anchor operator of the shopping center, will change the location and open in an updated format. During the renovation work in the new premises, the existing supermarket "Eldorado" will continue its work for customers. Offprice the new anchor operator of the mall will present a full line of brands at affordable prices. "Magazin Magazinov" company was the consultant of the transactions.

The new concept of the shopping and entertainment center, developed by TEN Group together with the broker of the project - the company "Magazin Magazinov", and the branding agency ADLIBITUM, includes the improvement of architectural and planning solutions of the center, interior renovation and improvement of the tenants. A crucial part of the development strategy of the shopping center "Oblaka" is both attracting new tenants and working with the existing ones: optimizing formats and changing the location of stores taking into account the new concept. In addition, the number of cafes and restaurants in the shopping center will be increased and the entertainment component will be improved: there will open a family amusement park, previously not represented in the shopping center.

The reconstruction project is designed for one year and to be completed by June 2022.
