The livestock complex of JSC "Bokovo"

The livestock complex was founded in 2013 in the Ozersk district of the Moscow region based on an outdated peasant farm. On its territory old buildings were restored and new ones were built. The main products of the livestock complex are milk and young bulls. Now “Bokovo” contains about 510 cows of a rare for Russia breed - Ayshire. The milk of Ayrshire cows has high-quality characteristics and is highly valued in the production of cheese and dairy products for baby food. The milk production capacity of the livestock complex is 14 tons per day. The livestock complex "Bokovo" has its own feed base, where haylage is harvested. The whole complex of works on crop production and animal husbandry is provided by a machine-tractor station. The total area of the complex is 4,500 hectares. In the future, the company will significantly increase the number of cows and feed production.
