Business center "Park Legend" the 2nd stage

The business center is located in the Danilovsky district of the Southern Administrative District of Moscow, on the territory of the “Park Legend” quarter which is now under construction. Thanks to its location, the business center has excellent transport and walking accessibility: 10 minutes drive from the historical center of Moscow, a few minutes walk from two metro stations and Moscow Central Circle "ZIL". The business center has direct access to the Third Ring Road. The business center project with a total area of 35,860 sq.m is being implemented in two stages. The first stage of construction - a modern B+ class business center - built and commissioned. Currently, the construction of the second stage of the building is underway, which is a 15-storey building with an underground parking for 104 parking spaces and a total area of 22,781 sq.m. There will be retail and office spaces and apartments.
