A large-scale project of complex reconstruction of the existing buildings, involving the creation of a new multifunctional full-fledged urban environment that meets modern standards and requirements of Moscow's urban planning policy. The project provides for the construction of modern residential buildings, social infrastructure facilities: a school, a kindergarten and a city multifunctional center. A distinctive feature of the microdistrict reconstruction project is the decision to build housing for the relocation of residents from demolished houses within the boundaries of the 126 microdistrict. The existing dilapidated five-storey buildings were partially demolished in the quarter.
