“Gosniti” Residential Complex

A new comfort-class residential complex will be built in the Ryazanky district of the SEAD in the 126th block. The creation of the necessary conditions for a comfortable life is at the heart of its design. The project is a 25-storey 2-section building. The first floor of the residential complex is designed to accommodate free-use premises. The apartments in the residential complex are designed starting from the 2nd floor. On the landscaped territory of the house there will be a playground, places for recreation and a guest parking. The main parking for the residents will be located in a separate parking lot on the territory of the block. A barrier-free environment for unhindered, safe and convenient movement inside and outside the building will be created for the low-mobility groups of people in the residential complex.
